Job Description	Skills, knowledge & experience:  Excellent Communication skills Minimum of a Graduate degree in Science/Engineering/Computer Applications 2 to 5 years of experience providing support to business users on PCs, Printers and end user applications. Good Troubleshooting skills on Windows OS, Office 365 and Mail client issues on Mobile Devices Concepts and basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and Active Directory Key Tasks: Provide L1 Technical support for requests via Phone, Email and Chat Provide solution or escalate to appropriate Level 2 teams within the organization Ownership of reported issues until resolved Handling Priority Incidents and escalations Timely communication to end users on the progress and resolution
